Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
But, here we do not have anything to worry.
Signs of chest trauma are: Bruises/swelling over chest, pain while breathing, or tender areas there on palpation.
Signs of abdominal injury are: Bruises/swelling over abdomen, abdominal distension, abdominal pain or vomiting.
Since he do not have aforementioned symptoms/signs and he is playful and having normal bowel/bladder, there is no reason to worry. Any injury will manifest with these symptoms in first 24 hours itself. Just be relaxed.
