CD4 test was done after 20 days and found it to be 1786, CD3 was 2970. but cd3 cd4 ratio were all within range. after 28 days again tested and found to be negative using both Tri-dot and ELISA. on 30th Sep, PEP course completed. Doctor sorry to bother you with similar questions. just wanted to check if you had ever come across any case who tested negative on day 40 of exposure and tested positive for HIV later? I tested yesterday on day 40 and was negative. just to be sure
