Question: on 3rd Mar morning I had dairiya I had loose motion 3 times by 10 am. and once in the noon. I realised this was due to sudden heat in the body. hence I had tender coconut in around 10 am. for lunch i had just curd rice and post that I was feeling better.

But since than on I had hard stool, mucus forming in the nose and pressure while cleaning the motion.

I daily have raw green leaves and raw Vegas almost daily. started having coconut also daily. Also 2 to 3 times had ragi malt. but even to date I have stool, nose problem persisting.

Hi,

In the I assume you have had normal stool movements in the past and this is the first time had issues with stool.

In the current circumstance, I will suggest to continue taking lots of fiber rich food - green leafy vegetables and fruits. Take plenty of fluids. Isapaghula husks taken with 1 glass of water at bed time can provide additional benefits in treating constipation issues.
