Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that as your initial echocardiogram showed a reduced LV ejection capacity that’s why you were sent for a nuclear stress test to rule out the most common cause of reduced capacity which is coronary artery disease.
However, as per your details the stress test is normal which rules out the possibility of coronary artery disease.
I would like to know following details to have a better understanding of your health situation
1. Do you have any other medical condition like diabetes or hypertension?
2. Do you smoke?
3. Any medications that you are currently on?
Also I would like to have a look at your ecg, echocardiogram and stress test report physically. Kindly upload the images of them.
Kind Regards
