Brief Answer:
Possible liver or gallbladder problem. Consider an ultrasound to rule out

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using "Ask a doctor" service.

From what you are describing it can be muscular problem, a gallbladder problem or a liver problem.

Since this is a thing happening more then one time, I would recommend to consider doing an ultrasound so you can have a look at the liver and the gallbladder. If everything turns out normal then it is most probably nothing to worry about.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards, Dr. Klarida Papaqako, General and Family physician.
