Brief Answer:
My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
No, I don't think that it is food allergy, as allergy may lead to indigestion, diarrhea or abdominal pain, but not to palpitations.
Another possible cause to consider would be acid reflux and post-prandial hypotension.
Anyway, I recommend consulting first with a gastro-eneterologist and performing a fasting glucose and glucose tolerance test.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing all the best,

Thank you for the additional information!
In such case, I don't think that it is any food allergy or acid reflux.
I recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction and blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.
An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would help examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time and exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
