Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't find a great relation between dizziness so rarely and spitting blood in mornings.
I find hemophtysis ( spitting blood) more concerning at this moment.
I needed more details.
Are you recently suffering from bronchitis or emphysema ( if you know to suffer from it) ?
Do you smoke?
Do you suffer from heart failure?
Do you use blood thinners?
Do you suffer from cough and fever (possibly tuberculosis) ?
Have you recently done any lung examination such ct scan, MRI spirometry xray?
There is a possibility of tumours malignant or benign.
The dizziness may have causes like
* hypoglycaemia caused by diabetes
* usage of antihypertensive drugs
*middle ear ect.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
