Brief Answer:
Herpes is not transmitted by simply touching arms and cheeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
Oral herpes is transmitted by contact with infected secretions.
By simply putting arms and cheeks won’t transmit herpes.
It is when a infected person’s saliva or secretion from an oral sore comes in contact with the other person there are chances of transmission.
