ould brain cancer or brain stem cancer cause your bloodwork to be off? I have had tingling and frequent yawning. are these symptoms?
Brief Answer:
Not much related to brain cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Tingling and frequent yawning are not known to be specific symptoms of brain cancer.
Also there are not much changes in the blood formula that can make you to suspect brain cancer.
Main symptoms of brain cancer are headache, vision issues, nausea, vomiting etc.
The yawning and tingling may be related to anemia, iron deficiency anemia or vitamin B 12 deficiency anemia.
I think you should check it doing a complete blood count, feritimemia, vitamin B 12 levels and folic acid levels.
If you suspect brain cancer an MRI may be done.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Not enough reasons for mei
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't believe that an occasional headache and dry eyes can be reasons to do an MRI to check for brain tumours. Please do a total blood count and formula and feritimemia, folic acid and vitamin B 12 levels.

thank you! I posted a question about resting heart rate..Could you please answer that one as well?

thank you! I posted a question about resting heart rate..Could you please answer that one as well?

thank you!

thank you!

despite being healthy my resting pulse rate is now often between 58 and 68 whereas it used to be between 48 and 58 most of the time. at first this would only happen on days when I worked out, but lately it is happening more and more. I take a beta blocker, carvedilol, and I am wondering if I am developing a tolerance to it since I have taken it about 6 weeks or so. When I would wake in the morning my heart rate was around 45 to 50 and now is between 49 and 55.

Brief Answer:
They are within normal range, no need to get concerned.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear , welcome Ask a doctor's service
I read your query and here is my advice.
The value of heart beats per minute are quite within normal range.
This can't be an indication that you are being used to carvedilol or it is loosing it's effects on you.
Possibly you are not the feet as you used to be or you have reduced the physical activity which can make a person to have low rates at rest.
No further investigations are needed since the heart beats are within normal range.
Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
Anemia or stress can do it.
