Over The Last 2 Days I Have Had Pain In

Question: over the last 2 days i have had pain in the base of my left big toe. its not unberrible but i cant put weight on or bend the toe. no swelling and only pain when i move it. i can walk fine but i dont put any weight on that side of my foot. i take lisinopril for high BP. i am 35 years old.

It could be a contusion or sprain, may be due to some minor hit that might have went unnoticed or prolonged physical exertion.
As of now you can use over the counter available analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
You can also apply icepacks for faster recovery.
You can wait for three to four days for spontaneous recovery. If symptoms persists additional investigations like serum uric acid and X-ray has to be taken to rule out conditions like gout and any stress fracture.
