Brief Answer:
Please take her to a hospital and get ECG done urgently

Detailed Answer:
Hello Neeru,

Thank you for using Ask a Doctor service.

Chest pain in a 52 year old individual needs to be taken seriously and urgent ECG must be done to check if it is due to heart attack.

Other tests that will be useful are CKMB, Troponin I, Troponin T, Serum Electrolytes, and Blood sugar levels.

But most importantly a doctor has to examine and see if there are any clues.

Please tale her to the hospital rightaway, if you do not have own vehicle, you can call the ambulance (108) and take her to a good hospital or teaching hospital nearest to you.

I hope this helps,

Wishing you the best.

Regards
