Pain In Lower Left Abdomen. Urine Flow Not Proper.

Question: pain in lower left abdomen.
urine flow not proper.
urine flow not proper.
Brief Answer:
? UTI
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to Ask a doctor panel.
In a reproductive age group woman, the most common cause of pain lower abdomen with urinary symptoms is usually a urinary tract infection or cystitis, which can be ruled out or investigated with a urine routine microscopy test.
If the pain is localised to left and if you are in your mid-cycle, then the pain could be an ovulation pain due to possible stretching of ovarian capsule before ovulation. The other cause can be an isolated ovarian cyst developing. This can be diagnosed with an ultrasound pelvis .
So please get the above mentioned tests done and follow up .
I hope this helps,
wishing you good health,
Regards

Any medicine you suggest?
Brief Answer:
follow up
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest pain relief with an antispasmodic like - TAB MEFTAL SPAS X 1-0-1 X 2 DAYS temporarily. But further treatment would be cause specific and you would have to follow up with the reports.
Regards
follow up
