Brief Answer:
Better to get an ECG done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Most probably it is a non specific pain related to gastritis. However it is better to get an EKG done to rule out cardiac cause as pain is confined to left side of your chest.
Once is ECG is clear you can take antacids like pantoprazole for a week. You can also take analgesics like acetaminophen for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, we have to rule out conditions related to your shoulder like ligament injury even though the chances are rare.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks
