Question: pain in the left side of the ribs in the upper area in and off for 3 years had bloods and a abdomen scan which was all clear could it be my diet

I have a stressful life and it’s werid that it comes and goes , sometimes when u eat I have to go to the toilet after as u get cramps , I’m concerned it’s something like pancreatis
