I only feel the pain when coughing,kind of a dull ache,right at bottom front of right rib cage

Most probably costochondritis or muscle pain.
Detailed Answer:

The commonest reason for such a pain is costochondritis.
You may please take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Such a problem is usually instigated by viral infection, stress, anxiety or local trauma.
Sometimes local strapping may be required or at least put a palm of hand so that the coughing does not increase the pain.
Other causes can be inflamed gall bladder or liver and an Ultrasonography of abdomen can rule these out.
