I m male , 35 years , have Pain in urethera .. while urination and erection..
done my tests.. found infection in urethera .. taking antibiotics since 4 days but no change ..

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the test results you attached in reports and in urine test and blood test the presence of infection is seen.
You have lots of pus cells in urine and red blood cells also. Also, you seem to have elevated white blood cells. This shows infection.
Taking antibiotics for 4 days should be enough time to have good results and be better. Probably the antibiotic you are using is not working which means that the bacteria may be resistant to that antibiotic.
In this case, I can recommend you to do urine culture and sensitivity analysis in order to determine the right antibiotic which works on you.
Meanwhile, you can take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Acetaminophen for pain and discomfort. Drink lots of cranberry juice.
