Pian In My Left Upper Leg Left Side Of Thigh

Question: pian in my left upper leg left side of thigh below hip is it a blood clot
Brief Answer:
More details needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I want to know some more details in order to determine the origin of your pain. I want to know if the leg is swollen and tender, if it has changed colour being reddish or bluish, if it is warm to touch and if you have cramps on leg.
Is this first time that this thing happens?
Does motrin or acetaminophen calm it?
Have you recently done any x-ray of lower spine and or hip?
Do you have ever suffered from varicose veins?
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
More details needed.

No swelling no bruising point of pain at just below hip area. I had surgery 6 months ago fused 4/5 and did a laminectomy at 2/3. Bend doing foundation training all has been good since surgery
Brief Answer:
Not related to blood clot, possibly overusing back during exercises.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't think this situation may be related to a blood clot.
This situation is related to your chronical back issues.
The pain comes possibly because you have done more training than needed.
I can recommend you to have rest and also use antinflamatory drugs such advil for pain.
It the pain doesn't get better you may need to contact your orthopaedic doctor.
