Brief Answer:
Seems related to cervical

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seems related to irritation or trauma of cervical spine. Do you have any other symptoms like headache, numbness, back pain, neck pain, dizziness, etc?

Avoid lifting heavy weights, avoid heavy machine work, avoid sudden jerks of spine, do regular stretching exercises at the shoulders.
Can followup with your doctor for testing about the same, if it continues despite preventive measures. He may check your BP, do X Ray of spine, check your eyes, maybbe some blood tests to rule out other conditions.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

it seems you would be correct. i spend 12-15 hours at a desk every day--no headache, numbness, back pain, neck pain, dizziness and no recent trauma, it seems to get better when i walk around. my main concern is that i have been doing this for 25+ years and i am just starting to feel this i do know i have the onset of carpel tunnel on my right wrist. i no longer have a doctor as the last 3 either retired or were absorbed into the local hospital system. that is why i reached out to this system i have had no injuries, no anything. but i am just getting more and more tingling in my hands, arms feet, and i wake up every morning with red eyes that run all day. did you see my lab reports that i uploaded?
thank you

Brief Answer:
I dont see the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for reverting back.

The pins and needles are cervical related. Though you have not developed the full scenario of cervical symptoms. Cervical tends to progress with time. Taking precautions for cervical will help. Moving your shoulders in circles, not lifting heavy laptop bag on shoulder (can use bag with wheels), regular back exercise, etc.

The red eyes could be related to cervical or could be another cause like some allergy affecting the eye or computer strain. I will suggest moving away from the laptop every half hour. Can use some refresh eye drops or triple action eye drops for eye symptoms. Visiting an eye doctor will be helpful in know the IOT, vision problem, etc.

Xray or CT scan of neck and head is needed for a definite diagnosis. I donot see any uploaded reports. You can re-upload or send the reports at YYYY@YYYY and address it to my name: Dr Vaishalee Punj

Brief Answer:
Mild Liver dysfunction in this report

Detailed Answer:
Hi

This report is dated 2017. In this report there is some evident liver dysfunction, could be from alcohol, medicines or liver/intestinal infection etc. There is also high calcium, glucose is high and hemoglobin is high. High calcium could be accounted to liver problem and high calcium can cause decreased insulin secretion leading to high glucose. High calcium maybe from other sources also.

So basically we need to correct the liver problem. Drink cleaner water, hygienic food, avoid medicines that can affect liver. Get re-tested.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
