Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Based on the fact that you have posted you seem to have done Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen which revealed the presence of a solitary small Renal Cortical Cyst of a size of (31x9)mm

These are simple Renal cysts congenital in origin and detected in many individuals on ultrasound scanning These cysts are benign in nature and do not require any treatment.

The treatment is required in a situation when it increases in size suddenly or gets infected.

You need not worry about it and monitor the cyst by doing Ultrasound Scanning at a frequent interval of a year or two.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.

Thanks and Regards.
