After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with slightly high heart rate and no significant STT changes.
However the qrs complex voltage is high which is suggestive of Lv hypertrophy probably due to high blood pressure.
Echocardiography is advisable for proper evaluation.
