After going through the ECG report and the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that the ECG of the patient is a sinus rhythm ECG with normal heart rate however there are T wave inversions in inferior Leads.
As the patient is hypertensive and a middle-aged female Twave inversions could be due to underlying myocardial ischaemia which needs further evaluation for confirmation of diagnosis.
It’s advisable to get a stress test done as a part of for the evaluation.
