Brief Answer:
Intermediate ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis.
There coved ST segment in V1. There is borderline but not significant St depression in lateral leads.
So, there are borderline changes, and considering no significant symptoms/ family history of disease/ risk factors, this should be considered as normal variant.
However, considering borderline changes, it's advisable to repeat the Ecg and obtain echo to be sure. Detailed history of symptoms, risk factors and family history of sudden cardiac death should be obtained.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
