Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing"Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your reports.
Your Bilirubin is elevated but has no clinical importance.
Bilirubin level more then 3mg per dl has any significance.
You must be on anti blood pressure and anti diabetic medicines(they are all processed by liver and hence may be a cause of mild bilirubin disturbance).
Diet suggested-
Home cooked food.
Oil restricted.
Carbohydrates-50℅
Protein-30℅
Fat-20℅
An XXXXXXX cuisine home cooked food is good enough(just cut down extra ghee).
Medicine-
Milk of thistle daily with Liv 52 DS tablet twice.
Follow up after 14 days.
Regards!
