I read your query and here is my advice.

Possibly you may be having partial bowel obstruction because you say you are going a bit but not the enough for food taken. In this case doing an feces examinations for occult blood is advisable.
Also you can do an ultrasound.
The best examination to check bowel is colonoscopy, seeing the colon with a camera tube.
I can advise you to use lots of fluids and water. You can use magnesium citrate to clean bowel as you are currently doing then doctor will perform colonoscopy.
Tumours can be a cause of bowel observation.
