Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached report and here is my answer.
* As per my surgical experience, there are various reasons for multiple
enlarged lymph nodes involving mesentery and omentum as infection,
inflammation, benign or malignant conditions of intestines or other intra
abdomen organs.
To arrive at a narrower differential diagnosis, I require all details of symptoms here to co relate in more sound way.
Please provide me following information during follow up conversation
1. Details of all current symptoms.
2. Any vomiting, alteration in bowel habits, distension of abdomen ?
3. Associated weight alteration, fever if any ?
4. Details of other investigations as lab reports or else if available ?
5. List of other medications if any apart from pankreoflat ?
Awaiting for your response.

and body response to the same most likely.
So would you please narrate symptoms details please for further correspondence ?

needs antibiotic therapy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the details.
* Usually the lymph node enlargement of narrated size is not present once the
infection is resolved.
That suggests that you have minor component of infection inside intestines and for which antibiotics course is required.
After a period of around 3-4 weeks duration therapy with antibiotics , if the follow up scan shows regression of the lymph nodes it is quite fine and responsive therapy ; if the size of lymph node remains same then laparoscopy and biopsy may be a need of future.
Must discuss the issue in details with treating physician as well.
Hope this information will help you for sure.
Regards.
