Brief Answer:
ELEVATED BILIRUBIN

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your reports and I would like you to share your symptoms.

Here is my opinion regarding your reports.....

Your liver enzymes and serum bilirubin levels are raised which usually occurs in liver dysfunction or liver infection(Hepatitis).
Liver is involved in clearing bilirubin from the blood stream and a hypo functioning of it causes bilirubin to pile up.
Common symptoms of liver dysfunction include yellowish discoloration of skin, mucus membranes and urine, weakness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting s,anorexia, itching etc.
Hepatitis is when liver gets infected by virus and gets inflammed, thus compromising it's ability to process bilirubin.
Hepatitis has more or less same symptoms.

Bile duct connects liver to your gallbladder and open in duodenum. They drain bilirubin, from liver and gallbladder into intestines.Bile duct inflammation called cholangitis also cause elevated bilirubin but it usually presents with fever with chills and rigors,in addition to other symptoms.

You should consult a hepatologist /gastroenterologist for further work up.
Time being, take soft food, avoid heavy and fatty meals, restrict protein intake and abstain from alcohol and hepatotoxic drugs like pain killers.

I would wait for your revert.
Stay healthy.
Regards
