Detailed Answer:
Hello Michael!

Welcome on icliniq!

I passed carefully through your medical history and would like to recommend that issues of interest to discuss with your doctor would be investigating for possible coronary risk factors (dyslipidemia, glucose metabolism disorders, hypertension, hyperuricemia, blood homocystein level, etc.)

The fact you have experienced transient neurological deficits raises suspicions on a possible diffuse artherosclerosis.

That's why I would recommend to discuss with your doctor on the opportunity of performing a coronary angio CT to study the calcium score and possible coronary stenoses.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues!

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
