My wife XXXXXXX Lama has been complaining about constant heachache ,fatigue, weakness, fever with BP reading 100/80 she suspects thyroid problem as she was born in hot and humid climate with 19 ‘Centigrade and now a days she is staying in Darjeeling WB with 12’Centigrade with cold climate due to daughters’ education there. We had visited a doctor and advised tests but he is not available for a few days so I had consulted with you.

The place my wife is staying these days has low sunlight exposure as she stays indoors most of the time. There is also roadside pollution problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
From the blood test report, there is no thyroid abnormality. Vitamin D deficiency can be corrected by using supplements.
A complete blood picture is also needed to see if there is any infection, anemia etc., that could be causing the symptoms. If you have already had the test done, please upload the report.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
