Hi again
Thanks for reverting back with details.
However the reports are not uploaded. You can upload them again or send them at YYYY@YYYY and address it to my name: Dr Vaishalee Punj
IBS, hyperacidity, anxiety and indigestion can be easily managed with dietary changes and some medicines. However if immunity is low or your body is reacting to medicines, then consulting a naturopathy doctor is needed. They have some nice liver detox options to improve liver and gut health. Weight loss can be countered by consuming high calorie foods like butter cream etc. But treating the fistula (and any ulcer) is needed beforehand. Have you consulted a surgeon to manage the fistula?

I have again Attcahed reports
Brief Answer:
Reports mostly normal, just few deficits
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the reports and these are mostly normal. The following abnormalities seen:
CBC reflects some infection. Have you gotten typhoid test done? Tests for typhoid are widal and typhidot. Are you drinking clean water? I would suggest that you drink water from an RO system only with low TDS.
There is mild abnormality with MCH which can be due to nutritional deficiencies due to malabsorption
Also some diabetes ad liver problem.
All these related to gut health. So improving gut health is the mainstay of treatment.
