Some suggestions to promote healing.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

My name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I am really sorry about your accident.
I suggest to you to consume foods that contains :
1)calcium which is the main mineral to promote bone healing. So I suggest you to consume spinach, XXXXXXX yogurt, and milk.
2)magnesium that you can find in almonds, avocado
3)zinc that you can find in chia seeds
4)vitamin D that you can take from sunlight
So you should consume fruits and vegetables.
You can also take these vitamins and minerals as daily supplements.

NSAIDs actually influence negatively in healing. This is caused by the fact that this medication stop inflammation which is very important in healing process.
So,I suggest you to avoid these medications during the healing period.

Hope my answer was helpful.
