Do you have fever, cold, redness over forehead/rashes, itching, headache?
Do you have allergy to any food or medication?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with Dermatologist for detailed clinical examination.

Till then you can apply moisturizer containing ceramide locally.

In case of itching, you can take tablet loratidine and can apply hydrocortisone ointment alternately.

Along with that wash your face regularly. Avoid hot and humid environment. Take balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.
