Brief Answer:
May be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine level. Follow up with details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine level.

Please let me know do you have tingling and numbness over lower limbs, history of injury?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do MRI lumbar spine with whole spine screening, nerve conduction studies, vit B12 level after detailed medical examination and spine surgeon consultation.

For pain you can take tablet Tylenol 500 mg every 6 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads. You may require tablet Pregabalin and nortriptyline after consultation.

Avoid forward bending with squatting position. Use knee caps and support while walking. Take diet rich in calcium and Vitamin B12.

In case of not getting relief, you may require nerve decompression surgery after consultation.

Let me know I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
