Sensitive Teeth Issue
Question: sensitive teeth issue
started if i eat any cold food or drinks. sharp pain for awhile.
the photo as attached, saw some injuries on my gum. is it ulcer or just injury? it does not look like a ulcer, or may i wrong?

Well, sensitivity of teeth that is generalized in nature is due to Teeth Hypersensitivity or Dentinal Hypersensitivity..
In this condition you can change your toothpaste to a medicated anti sensitivity toothpaste that you can massage over the teeth and leave for half a minute and then brush with it.
Do it twice a day..
You can also avoid very hot or cold foods..
As far as your gum is concerned it is looking lacerated in the picture and not ulcer..

Do warm salt water gargles.
Just avoid hard and spicy food for the time being.
