Do you have these lesions anywhere else on the body?
Are you sexually active? If yes is there any complaints of vaginal discharge or itching in your partner?

Brief Answer:
Looks like psoriasis, apply topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be psoriasis which is a chronic immune mediated inflammatory disease of the skin.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
This should resolve them.
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
