Brief Answer:
Possible drug interactions!

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your query.
I can understand your concern.

Your mother has multimorbodity and for this reason she take multiple medicines. This is common in patients of her age.

In your mother 's case it is important to underline the possibility of drug interactions.

Her antianxiety(buspirone) and antidepressant(citazolam) can interaction with each other and may increase possible side effects such as dizziness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating.
Some people, especially the elderly, may also experience impairment in thinking, judgment, and lack of coordination.

Even narcotic pain or cough medications(like her Tramadol or Pro Trama) together with Buspirome or Citazolam can lead to serious side effects including respiratory distress, coma, and even death.

Alcohol and all the beverages that contain alcohol are absolutely dangerous for your mother considering all the medications she takes, her multimorbidity, her kidney failure and her age.

So,to resume my answer:There are several possible side effects between your mother's medications and this can be dangerous.
At the other side, she need dosis adjusment of her drugs because of her kidney failure.

My advice for you is to talk with your mother's treating doctors as soon as possible.

Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use of her medications.

Do not consent to your mother todrink alcohol or self-medicate with her medications without her treating doctor's approval.

Hope this is helpful.
