Should I Be Concerned I See High TSH, This Is The First Time I Am Seeing?

Question: Hi,
I had a full body check up recently and I have attached the report. I see that my vitamin D hasn't improved since last year and B12 has decreased as well. Do you have any suggestions for that.
My iron count is also low since the last check up. And the platelet volume is high for some reason.
I see high TSH, this is the first time I am seeing, should I be concerned?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your report and you need to take vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 supplements. You can take the following

Tab. Neurobion forte, 0-1-0 × 3 months
Cap. Drise 60,000 IU , 0-01 × 12 WEEKS, ONCE A WEEK.

The other test results looks good.

I hope this helps.
Please feel free to discuss further.

Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Sorry for the delay.

TSH is ok its just on the higher side so you can just avoid cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage in your diet.

Iron is also just mildly low that is the storage iron is low but your haemoglobin is good. For iron also i would advice diet changes with more inclusion of greens, beets and dates. Other fruits such as pomegranate, apples can also help improve iron levels. If you are a non vegetarian you can add meat, fish and eggs too.

I hope this helps.
