Vaginal prolapse
Detailed Answer:
Hi.....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
You should definitely be concerned about your vaginal prolapse and need to go to your clinician for it's treatment.
It might cause multiple complications in the long run including.....
1.Painful sex.
2.loss of control over urination and incontinence.
3.Recurrent urinary infection
4.Ulcers and infection of prolapse part.
5.Harmful effect on kidneys due to back pressure.
6.Rectal prolapse and constipation.
With the course of time,it will increase in grading(grade3 and 4),involve uterus (uterovaginal prolapse) and would require pelvic floor repair too.....Kindly see your doctor and get it managed.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards .
