Should I Worry Avout My EKG
Question: should i worry avout my EKG
Brief Answer:
It seems fine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking...
I've reviewed the report...
Rate, Rhythm, and axis are normal. There is slight T wave flattening in AVL which is ok to have and Q wave in III likely physiological. No significant ST-T abnormalities.
So, overall, it's within normal limits and no significant abnormalities seen. So no need to worry about it.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
It's indicates septal depolarization or past infarction
Detailed Answer:
It's a initial small downward wave at the beginning of lead III complexes in you. It usually indicates depolarization or action of opposite part of the heart wall and can be found in normal individuals called as physiological Q waves.
However, they may indicates past heart attack and persistent heart damage. In that case, they will be present in adjacent leads, more in size, seen in elders with part history of chest pain or heart attack.
So, overall, likely to be physiological in you.

whats the q wave mean?
Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
No, not on ECG as they are small and only in one lead and your age, so they are likely physiological. So unlikely to due to past attack.
I guess, you don't have history of heart attack or cardiac type chest pain in the past.
