Should We Get His Covid Test Done Last Night He Had 4 Lose Motions Which Stopped After He Took Roko?

Detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi lil,
Thanks for the query.I have read it&understand your concern.
The bodyache&mild fever can be due to stress your son had last night. The whole episode can be due to some other bacterial or virul infection/irregular eating or drinking unsafe water or food.
* Mostly such diarrhea is controlled by drinking boiled water mixed with ORT powder/eating light ,easily digested food in small servings ..thus giving rest to bowels/taking rest.Give him tab. paracetamol two times after food followed by sucking a pill of GelusilMPS .
His routine for controlling asthma should be continued. His doctor should be consulted for need of antibiotics
*In present Covid 19 days...routine strategy is to isolate the patient for 3 days & Kovid test to be taken in case complaint or fever persists for more than 3 days.
** So please dont panik.let him obseerve the mode of infection as described earlier...untill 3 days.
Consult his doctor for need of antibiotic
- Go for Ploymerase chain test(PCR) of nasal mucus membrane if symptoms persists after 3 days /or advised by his doctor.
I hope that helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.

Explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Lil,
Thanks for the follow up question.
So far as he does not have any digestive symptoms,he does not have breathlessness ..he is taking antibiotic as per doctor's advise..he need not have any more specific drug .
He can have over the counter anti allergic decongestant pill like Synarest to control cold symptoms. He has to take following care to raise his resistance...
-Have vitamin C,B complex, &vitamin D supliments
-He needs to have vapor inhalation daily to prevent virus seated in nasal mucus membrane.
Drink warm water only.
-He should avoid allergen exposure.
-Common care of wearing mask, hand wash, follow social distancing &fresh nourishing light diet.
*Remaing manegement would be decided after getting results of his RTPCR test
I hope that satisfies you.
Any follow up query is welcome
Thanks.

No need of anti cold pill in that case.
Detailed Answer:
Hi lil,
Thanks for the follow up information.
Oh yes...you said he has little cough(not the cold)He is also asthmatic...in such condition mostly allergic cold precedes or accompanies cough...I advised pill for cold from that point of view.
Any way,in absence of cold you need not give Synarest...continue with routine preventive medication he routinely takes.(as suggested before)
I hope that answers your doubt.Any flow up query is welcome.
Thanks
