Question: sir, Good evening I AM XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I HAVE A MEMBER OF XXXXXXX BIRLA HEALTH INSURANCE. SIR I HAVE A SKIN RELATED PROBLEM. AND I HAVE SUFFERING FROM IT FROM 2-3 YEARS. SIR ON MY FACE BELOW NOSE I have 3 massa I had taken ayurvedic medicine and burn it but it had grown again so please advice me what kind of treatment I should follow so that they remove from my skin

Based on the size, the predominant pigmentations on it, demarked edges as well as the fact that is elevated above the skin surface, I think this could be nevus. If it is not rapidly progressing in size, becoming irregular, ulcerates and burrows under the skin it could a benign lesion.
However as this lesion is a new growth, I will strongly recommend you visit a dermatologist for close clinical examination. If necessary the doctor can order for excision biopsy to confirm the condition and determine the next steps of management.
