Detailed Answer:
Hii. Asymmetric tonsils has many causes. Most common cause is tonsillitis or inflammation of the larynx.Other common cause is tonsillar cyst, tonsillar stone. Lymphoma and parapharyngeal tumor can be a cause for asymmetric tonsil. As many of your surgeons has advised you that both the tonsils are equal is size and CECT neck has also mentioned as symmetrical enlargment of tonsils then it's most unlikely that its a tumor. CECT has also not mentioned about the presence of any parapharyngeal tumor. So you should be relaxed. The best way to get a confirmatory diagnosis is to remove the tonsils via tonsillectomy and send for biopsy. If the biopsy mentions it as an inflammatory reaction then you donneed to worry about. Better you consult your ent surgeon to remove the tonsils and send for biopsy. Asymmetric tonsils generally need to be send for biopsy. It is the only way to get relief of your tension. You can send a picture of your tonsils. Please review if you have any queries.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Right tonsils is grade I and left tonsil grade II. This is not asymmetric tonsils. It looks like allergic pharyngitis. But if you want to confirm then please undergo tonsillectomy and send tonsils for biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Left tonsil is grade II and right tonsil grade I. it cannot be mentioned as asymmetric tonsil. Majority of people has tonsils where one side is slightly larger than other. Both the tonsils may not be similar in size. Ant if it is present for last 10 years then you have nothito worry about. There is nothing you should panic. Do betading gargle and warm saline gargle and send the picture after 2 month. Relax.
