Question: sir,
i am 32 years old. height 5.7 and weight 85kg.
i have started morning brisk walking from last 10 days i walk around 5 to 6 kms daily .. from past 3 days i have been experiencing pain in lower legs . pain is so intense that sometimes i have to stop walking.. and do rest . its a burning like sensation.. but no swelling nthng . bt afyer walking i go to play volleyball.. and m perfectly OK there.. no pain at all.. please help...

Sir, thanx for replying.. no i have got no night pains,, foot wear is great..and i have got no joint pain.. nowhere in my body sir..just got minor pain in calves only.. and rest in lower leg only during brisk walk..

You can apply diclofenac gel over the affected calf.
