Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for consulting 'Ask A Doctor' service.
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and understand your concern. As you have a history of accident and now are experiencing pain in a tooth that can be due to fractured/ cracked tooth or due to injured tooth (periodontal ) fibers...

Can you upload a picture of your tooth that will be helpful for me to give you a proper diagnosis and treatment plan?

Meanwhile, I will suggest a few measures :
-Do warm saline rinses two to three times a day.
- Use chlorhexidine mouthwash rinses once daily for one month.
- Brush your teeth twice daily.
- For pain, you can take medicine like Tab. Diclomol SP or Tab zerodol Sp by consulting with a local doctor.

Hope this will help you.
If you have a further query I will be happy to help.
