Sir.. , My Brother Have Some Breathing Difficulties Recently.. He

Question: sir.. ,
my brother have some breathing difficulties recently.. he has noted tht aftr he had cold one month before.
problem is.. when he is taking deep breath two or more then he feel something obstruct in his airways in between nose and throat.. aply this feel he can get while layin ready to sleep in bed

he felt tht his toungue and soft palete touch each other and obstruct , like a feeling
when it has happening one of his nose end shrink more than normal.. tht we have noticed

and ealier time when he got cold and aftr remission , some very sticky mucus like gum throw out throu nose bt in this time it has not happend..
there is a very small swelling noticed his right neck @ 3 inch below from the ear
he is little bit anxious person so we went to a general physician for confromin abt the swelling and his answer was thts not lymohnodes and he is not aware about tht and take it as silly.. so he has gven cetrizine medication for a week
aftr tht week the same persist and he is worried about any tomour like chances we send him to a ENT specialist and he checked him manually sply in throat and did nt see nothin abnormal
he just check the neck and bt my bro was forgot to inform him abt neck swellin
so he has nt conctreate on therenand he told it may be due to gatsro reflux and given pantocid domperidone combination

and one of symptoms is also at there is he has feel a mild ear itching and rarely feel mild ear ache too..

he is fearing tht about he has nasal sinus cancer throat cancer or ear cancer ..like..

sir have any chance for tht .. and give a guidin wht we do tge next
his age is 40 and he is obesity means 104 kg recently weightgained..
no other complication he has..
