I am Dr.Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
As I start let me assure you that Grade 1 fatty liver is an incidental finding and you shouldn't be worried about it at all as it requires no treatment.
As there is fat deposition in your belly and otherwise when you are overweight similarly whenever there is extra fat in the body some of it gets deposited in the liver.

However I would suggest,
1 ) If you are overweight and particularly have a belly consider actively reduction in body weight.
Cut down fat and pure carbohydrates from your diets
strongly consider regular exercise 45 mins daily at least 5 days a week
2 ) Cut down on your consumption of alcohol if you take it on a regular basis as that would cause fatty liver.
3 ) During your next visit to the doctor get your sugars, lipid profile and thyroid checked once
