Question: sit, I am 52 year old non alcoholic diabetic patient (female).
As per Lipid profile 14 XXXXXXX 2021 : Cholestrol 225, Triglycerides 218, HDL 45, LDL 136, VDL 44 AND SGOT 52 , SGPT 27. As per Ultrasound report liver is normal in size and smooth contours. The parenchymal echo texture is coarse and bright.

Doctor prescribed me Metformin 500mg morning and 500mg evening , Atrorvastatin 5mg for 10days. AND Stopped taking atrovastatin because of the lipid profile become normal on 4 feb 2021.

Now no symptoms of nausea, vomiting but loss of appetite so please advise me suitable medicine for improving appetite.

Now taking Metformin 500mg two times a day and my sugar levels are
fasting 95 to 115 and after meal 155 to 185.

Thank you
doctor
