For extreme dryness I suggest you use an ammonium lactate based moisturizer e.g Lacsoft lotion or a Urea based moisturizer e.g U- lac cream or Ureativ 10% cream, twice daily. In addition, I suggest you take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
