Based on the facts that you have posted small bumps on glans penis that you have are Pearly Penile Papules (Hirsutoid papillomas) .

These are small skin colored bumps of the size of pin head and are seen in many individuals and have no significance at all .

They do not cause any symptoms nor of any risk during sexual intercourse .They do not require any active treatment and usually fade away spontaneously over a period of time .

Ensure to wash your genital with warm water twice daily .
