Brief Answer:
Probably angular cheilitis, follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed the attached reports.
The symptoms seem to be related to angular cheilitis which is an inflammation of the corner of the mouth.
It is usually caused by a deficiency of the vitamin B and iron.
I recommend to do a blood test for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, I suggest using a mild steroid cream for local application such as Calamine lotion.
I also recommend to use an antibacterial mouthwash for daily use.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
