Sometimes When I Lay In Bed At Night I Hear
Question: sometimes when I lay in bed at night I hear my heartbeat.. is that normal? My heartbeat has always been on the higher side even when exercising everyday! I exercise about an hour or more a day.. is that too much? I do the bike elliptical and floor stretching exercises. Sometimes when I get my heart rate up real high I get the skipped heartbeats .. is that normal? Also my ascending aorta is slightly enlarged at 3.8 I am a tall woman.. is that dangerous? It has not changed in 3 years..
